Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is like a stained glass window.  There is a common bond, the lead, that holds it all together; yet it is the varied colors, sizes, shapes, textures, and the position of each piece—as well as the perspective in which it is viewed—that produces the masterpiece. Each piece stands on its own, yet is dependent on the other pieces to create the whole image.  They all must work together to achieve the common objective.
